The Starter Package is a set of two instruments. The first instrument is a 9 inch by 11 inch fold-out Symbol that can be placed on a table. The Symbol is held for 10 to 15 minutes any time you feel out of balance. The second instrument is a 5 inch by 7 inch laminated card called the Perfect Balance Card. This Card is very portable and can be used whenever you feel out of balance. The Card can be placed in your lap, held between your hands or worn around your neck.
